Robotics with a purpose

MCS Robotics builds autonomous systems for real-world problems — starting with container cleaning.

This is a task that’s repetitive, physically demanding, and often performed in poor conditions: tight spaces, limited drainage, and heavy water use. Despite its importance to terminal operations, container cleaning has remained largely manual — inefficient, inconsistent, and environmentally unsustainable.

We believe robotics should solve problems that actually matter. That’s why we’ve focused our efforts on an area where automation can have a clear, measurable impact — on safety, cost, and sustainability.

Our approach is grounded in reality. We’ve developed our technology from the ground up by testing in live environments, side by side with the people doing the work today. The result isn’t a robot built for a trade show — it’s a system designed to function like a skilled human operator, only faster, cleaner, and more reliable.
